Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the PomoBoy mobile application ("the App"), developed by Musa Abbasov ("we", "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
PomoBoy is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
The App, including its design, code, artwork, and features, is owned by Musa Abbasov and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, or extract any part of the App except as ordinarily permitted through normal use.
The lofi music included in the App is provided by RUSTED MUSIC STUDIO and remains the property of its respective creators. It is bundled for playback within the App only and may not be extracted or redistributed.
PomoBoy is a one-time paid application. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no advertisements.
PomoBoy does not require an account, an email address, or an internet connection to function. The App collects no personal data; your preferences are stored only on your device. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The App is designed to work fully offline. It uses standard Apple features — Local Notifications, Live Activities, and Background Audio — which operate entirely on your device. No third-party services are used.
We may provide updates to the App from time to time, including bug fixes and improvements. We recommend keeping the App updated for the best experience, though we have no obligation to provide any particular update.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Musa Abbasov be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to use) the App.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Azerbaijan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date below.
